► Festive Thinking!

Indulging a little too much this festive season?

It’s easily done, the festive activities are building up, and drinking goes hand in hand with them… But what we forget is the danger this puts our body, safety and finances in!

Drinking excessivly can sometimes lead to situations that arn't so festive, and leave you in a vulnerably position at this time of year!..

Our Advice!

  1. Let friends and family know where you plan on going out and who with
  2. Never except drinks from strangers
  3. Take an amount of money for drinks and a separate amout for your taxi (Hide it if needs be!) and stick to them!
  4. Try and pace your drinks, by having a drink of water between your alcoholic ones
  5. Be wary of strangers, don't be intimate with somebody you don't know!

Drugs may seem exciting, but what happens when the real effects kick in?...

Maybe trying something new at christmas to impress you friends or make it more of an experience may seem like a good idea, but many young people don't realise the danger they are putting themselves in!
