Derby College Students' Union

The Executive 2007/08

This years Executive Committee are a wonderful bunch of Derby College students, full of zest, passion and charisma...almost like a good cocktail!

The Exec consists of ten members, and each have their very own job titles and roles. They are elected annually by you, giving every student the chance to be up.

These are the people you can comment or complain to about issues affecting you in your life as a student and your education experience. They then go away and address these issues with the President and discuss ways to resolve them. They also direct the work of the Students' Union, through what you as students need and demand so let them know of your ideas on what you want from the Union.

The Exec also over sees the running of the Students' Union and ensure that the activities and services we provide, benefit you. Also this small bunch of people provide effective representation of you the students to the college, so remember without you taking an active part within the Students' Union we can't function, so get involved as much as you can!
